At makeO (the “Website” and / or “App”), we want to give you the best possible experience to ensure that you enjoy our service. This Privacy Policy governs the use of toothsi, which helps users to register, communicate with the customer service team or dentists to avail orthodontic treatment and track the same (“Service” or “Company Service”). The Company Service is owned and operated by AMPA Orthodontics Private Ltd ("Company" "we" or "us", which terms would include successors and assigns). For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires "You"/”Your” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a customer/ user on the Website and/or App by providing personal information.


Your use of the Company Service and Website and/or App is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

We process this information only to the extent necessary to carry out its obligations to your licensed dental care provider and you, and to provide your licensed dental provider and you with our goods and services.

The treatment you receive from your licensed dental provider is not conditioned on your consent to receive promotional and/or marketing communications.

We may not deliver messages that we believe are objectionable, such as spam messages or requests to exchange reviews for compensation.
