I underwent most of my aligner treatment at the makeO toothsi Paschim Vihar centre (except for the final attachment removal), and I must say the overall experience was smooth, convenient, and genuinely pleasant. The entire process—from scheduling appointments with just a single call to the IPR and attachment procedures—was hassle-free and completely painless. The staff was courteous and efficient throughout. I especially want to thank Dr. Akansha, who was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and provided genuine guidance at every step of my 10-month journey. I had appointments roughly every alternate month, and each visit was quick and well-managed. I'm really happy with the transformation of my teeth and the overall service quality. That said, there were a couple of small drawbacks: I was promised a free cleaning, which was never provided despite follow-ups. I was also told I would receive ₹5000 for a referral, which unfortunately didn’t happen. Still, these didn’t overshadow the excellent care and results I received.

Shivam has been really helpful, he’s at Paschim Vihar help desk. He has helped me in managing all my appointments and even the team of doctors is very well trained.
