How to buy the best electronic toothbrush

Brushing our teeth is one of the foremost activities of the day and undivided attention is needed for the best results. Good dental health is not only important for oral hygiene, but also for overall wellness.

Electronic brushes have received considerable attention in the last few years. Electronic toothbrushes are the latest technological advancement that aims to simplify our morning routine along with providing the added benefits of optimal brushing time and easy upkeep of the brush head. The use of electronic brushes has been justified since a lot of people aren’t able to remove plaque effectively as they might have limited motor functions. So electronic brushes decrease the need for dexterity by automatically including some movement of the toothbrush head.

Electric toothbrushes come with tons of recommendations from both professionals as well as regular users. But are they really worth the hype? Let’s find out.

  • 2-Min Smart Timer- A built-in 2-minute timer in smart toothbrushes encourages you to achieve the dentist-recommended time, and with a pause every 30 seconds, it lets you know when to switch the brushing area to promote a healthy brushing habit.
  • 5 Cleaning Modes— Clean, Polish, White, Sensitive, and Gumcare for all your brushing needs in one smart toothbrush.
  • 40,000 sonic vibrations— in a minute to help brush the hard-to-reach corners of your mouth.

Electric toothbrushes not only promote the effectiveness of brushing but also make the job a lot easier. So look no more, become a champion of oral hygiene by making the switch to toothsi electro.

Electronic brushes, just like manual toothbrushes come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colours, features, functionalities, and prices. There are a variety of electronic toothbrushes in the market that are both cost-effective and user-friendly. So what are you waiting for?

Another convenient feature to look for, especially if you have sensitive gums, is a pressure sensor. Placing too much pressure on your teeth doesn’t help to remove any more plaque, and can actually be more harmful to your teeth and irritate your gums too.

So why not buy an electric toothbrush and say ‘buh-bye’ to yellow stains!

Electric vs Manual Toothbrush: Which is better?

Brushing your teeth twice on a daily basis is one of the most important practices to remove plaque effectively and help prevent tooth decay and gum disease. However, brushing may only be effective if people use the correct technique and the right oral care products. There are a plethora of different oral care products available in the market today. It is advisable to swap your toothbrush every three months or after every tooth cleaning procedure. It is essential to understand the different types of toothbrushes in order to make the right choice of brushing tools.

There are two broad classifications of toothbrushes: manual and electronic toothbrushes. Manual and electric toothbrushes both do a sufficient job. No matter what brush you use, It’s important to brush at a 45-degree angle on your gums and use a soft-bristled brush.

Clinical studies show that electronic toothbrushes with rotation-oscillation movement are more effective at removing plaque and help to keep your mouth overall healthier compared to regular manual toothbrushes. With toothsi electro’s sonic vibrational speed of 40,000/minute, you get 2X whiter teeth and healthier gums. It is 133x better than a manual toothbrush.

Some more benefits of an electric toothbrush:

    • More effective at removing plaque - A review of studies showed that, in general, smart brushes do decrease more plaque and gingivitis than manual toothbrushes.
    • Built-in timers- A timer built into an electronic brush can help you brush for an optimal time to remove plaque from your teeth and gums.

    • Different cleaning modes There are different modes of cleaning available in just one electronic brush!

    • 40,000 sonic vibrations— in a minute to help brush the hard-to-reach corners of your mouth.

Manual toothbrushes have been around for a long time. It is an effective and affordable tool for cleaning your teeth. Both types of toothbrushes are designed to be used for oral hygiene and your choice completely depends on your personal preferences. However, electronic toothbrushes offer much greater levels of comfort and convenience to you at all times. The brush makes quick motions that don't require the input of the user. The movement can be back and forth oscillations or rotations.

Maintaining oral hygiene is now easier than ever with toothsi electro— A truly smart brush to take care of your oral needs!

How to use an electronic toothbrush

Brushing and flossing go hand-in-hand as the cornerstones of good oral care and proper technique is important for both activities. Even if you've been brushing since childhood, you may have developed some bad habits over the years, such as brushing too hard, ignoring your back teeth, or forgetting to floss.

Techniques to keep in mind while brushing your teeth:

  • Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle toward the gum line.
  • When brushing your teeth, move the brush back and forth gently, with a circular movement over the front, back, and top (chewing surface) of your teeth.
  • Remember to brush (and floss) behind your lower (bottom) front teeth. Use the top bristles of the brush to reach this area.

Other elements of complete oral care include brushing your tongue to freshen your breath and eliminate even more cavity-causing bacteria. toothsi electro operates 40,000 strokes on your teeth per minute, thus it takes less time to do a thorough job.

Positioning of your electronic toothbrush: When using an electronic brush, it isn't necessary to press hard or scrub. Simply guide the brush while it provides the brushing action.

  • Step 1: Start with the outside surfaces of the teeth. Guide the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth, holding the brush head in place for a few seconds against each tooth before moving on to the next one.
  • Step 2: Repeat on the inside surfaces of the teeth.
  • Step 3: Repeat on the chewing surfaces of the teeth as well as behind the back teeth.
  • Step 4: Direct the brush head along the gum line and upon the gums. Again, do not press hard or scrub.
  • Step 5: Try grazing the brush head along with your tongue and the roof of your mouth, back to front, to help freshen your breath.

With proper brushing technique using a smart toothbrush, you’ll be brushing with confidence knowing you’re using the best electronic toothbrush— toothsi electro
